This is a 9 week session where the students will start learning the foundations of pole fitness including climbs, beginner spins and conditioning to invert. No experience needed. Every Thursday from 6pm to 7pm.
24 hours notice is required for all class cancellations or to reschedule. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 class size limitations, we have a very limited amount of available spots. All late cancellations or no shows will be charged the cost of the class. No refunds will be issued.
