Service Description
Elevate your flexibility with purpose in this two-day intensive designed specifically for pole dancers and aerialists. On Day 1, we’ll focus on achieving a powerful pancake—diving deep into forward folds and box splits to unlock greater range through your hips and hamstrings. Expect a blend of active, passive, and resistance-based stretching, plus manual release work to support safe, long-term mobility. Day 2 targets the elusive needlescale, combining front splits with controlled backbending to open the front body while building the posterior strength needed for clean lines and spinal support. Whether you're working toward stronger straddles, jaw-dropping leg extensions, or seamless split transitions in the air or on the pole, this intensive will give you the tools to train smarter, bend deeper, and move with intention.
