Service Description

This class is designed to help aerialists and pole dancers develop the strength, flexibility, and stability they need to excel in their training and performances. The class is based on yoga principles and includes a variety of stretching and conditioning exercises that are specifically tailored to the needs of circus performers. No prior skills or experience required to join the class!
