Aerial Hammock Silks is focused on trick-based movements; highlighting creative transitions and visually striking poses. Learn to use the loop all the way up through the fabric poles, complicated wraps, climbing and yoga stretches. This 6 week session will open your eyes to the wonders of Aerial Hammocks Silks!
