Service Description

Our intermediate circus classes are for students with previous experience with aerial silks apparatus. The Prerequisites for this class are; - confident in french & russian climb - ability to footlock in the air - egg beaters - aerial invert - catchers wrap Classes include warm-up and conditioning exercises, advanced tricks and combos, and end with a cool down stretch.
