Service Description
This series will focus on fundamental skills and build weekly to help students achieve big goals! During the six weeks students learn conditioners, stretches, basic shapes and transitions while progressing towards more advanced skills that will form a solid base for future Areal Silks success. No prior skills or experience required to join the class - just a positive attitude and a willingness to try something new!
